Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on 28 October 1967 at Atlanta. Her grandfather, her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer who was also the first Roberts to move to Atlanta. She inherited her father's interest in the theater at an early age. He performed on at the Emory University campus in 1952 and was also involved in productions outside of Atlanta. In 1953, he was a member of the Air Force. While stationed at Biloxi in Mississippi acted in the production of Betty Lou Bredemus. They got married in 1955. Their first daughter, Eric Anthony, was born in the year 1956. Walter was studying at Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. In 1957 they quit the Air Force and Walter started his education at Tulane. In 1960 the family moved in Decatur Georgia where Walter began working at Atlanta's Academy Theater and the Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. In 1964, Walter as well as Betty Lou began production on the local Saturday morning children's television program called Bum Bum and His Buddies that they designed and funded. In 1964 Walter and Betty Lou founded The Actors and Writers Workshop. The program ran for about six years. In 1965, they welcomed two young children, Lelisa Billingsley along with Julia Billingsley.
